Who are the Voss?

We have heard much about the planet Voss, as it was the last planet revealed for TOR. However, we know very little about the second species that inhabits the world. We know the Gormak are a technically advanced and aggressive race, but only recently got more insight into the race known as the Voss (which is the planet's namesake).

Essentially, they are centrally lead in a theocracy...and very happy about that. The word the devs used was totalitarian society, but I would think a single religious ruler better describes this culture. Read for yourself and make your own conclusions.
