The artistic direction of the game we all know as Star Wars: The Old Republic has been a topic of debate and contempt for as long as the artistic style has been published. However, I must say that you do quickly get immersed into the game - even with the cartoon-ish look of the game. I have had the opportunity to play the game for a number of hours across a number of builds and the one thing that is a reality is the fact that MMO games just don't show very well when in 2D pictures.
Once you get a chance to play the game, you will quickly notice the facial expressions to include tearing and focusing eye balls. Simple things like this really pull you in along with the music to make a scene impactful.
I do like my graphics; graphics being the the primary reason I couldn't stomach WoW. Again, the stylized realism direction taken in this game will draw you in as did the original KOTOR games. Remember how fail those graphics were, even for their time (2003 & 2004)? The story, brought out one of the best and most immersive experiences of my life. This game does that, so rest assured things will be good to go.

plus we have 3 to 4 months of testing and polishing to do. A lot can happen in crunch time. Usually crunch time is when the juicy stuff comes to play and things happen to fall in place!
Lets see how this unfolds in the upcoming months!@
