re: Guild Management Concept

Guild,
To provide further detail of the guild management model, I came up with this concept sketch. Essentially, we should be able to operate in a decentralized manner to provide flexibility through our common goals and direction given the phase of the game we are in.
Depending on the phase of the game (the maturity and offerings of the game at a given point in time), the guild will have certain focuses. The focuses will provide direction; these directions will be things that will build the guild given the need at a point in time. Examples would be:
1. Gathering
2. PVP
3. Raiding
4. Crafting
5. etc
Citizens and Prefects (members and veterans) essentially have fun and provide support to the officers, and provide guild support as they are willing and capable, given the focus of the guild during the current phase of the game.
Senators (Officers) will manage the members unless things must be escalated to the chancellors (based upon the ELE in the Policy section), support chancellors, and help support the focus areas of the guild given the focus of the guild during the current phase of the the game.
Chancellors (Officers with special focus roles) will provide guidance and direction through research and the support of the guild to help establish standards. They will also help develop the focus of the guild during the current phase of the game.
A brief concept sketch is this:
